Cheez Whiz jingle karaoke styles
Cheez Whiz was looking to develop a promotion with the classic jingle at its core. I was tasked with developing a video recording karaoke kiosk that could travel from mall to mall. This kiosk had to fit into two travel cases, setup in less than an hour, fit in a 10' by 10' footprint, allow the user to select from a variety of background music options to record their video, allow the participant to register and finally automaticallyupload the final video for online viewing in real time.
After travelling across Canada and collecting nearly 500 videos the publicly voted winner of "Canada's Got Personality" received a $10,000 cash prize. With nearly 2 million page views and 1.6 million votes "Canada's Got Personality" was a great success.
Unfortunately due to music rights issues the site had to come down after the close of the program.
